Founded in 2000 by accomplished chef and entrepreneur Valerie Woods, Chef Valerie grew from a passion for fresh ingredients, exceptional service, and memorable dining experiences.

After many successful years in the public sector, Ms. Woods followed her entrepreneurial vision and devoted her talents to building a respected private culinary business.

Today, Chef Valerie provides customized culinary services throughout the Washington, D.C. area. Every menu is thoughtfully designed around the client’s tastes, occasion, and vision.
